Your satisfaction is important to us. Should an item not meet your expectations, you can of course return it.

This is how the return works:

1. Contact:
Please send us an email to info@sabira-home.de within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Get return information:
We will contact you as soon as possible with all the necessary information for the return.

3. Return items:
The products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition to the address we provide.

Important instructions:

- You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the error was ours (e.g., the wrong or defective item), we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
- After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be made via the originally selected payment method within 7 working days.
